Having purchased his first property in June 2008, just as the "Credit Crunch" was taking effect, he was keen to examine the property industry from the inside, and was intrigued by what had caused the global meltdown.
Starting as a lettings negotiator in a well known high street brand, he quickly became one of the top producers in the company earning multiple awards and consistently competing for the top spot with commissions earned. He was clearly bitten by the property bug.
Fast forward 12 years and with a portfolio of properties of his own and a number of properties under management, he took his experience and knowledge in the industry and decided to launch Sarma Properties, a one stop shop for Lettings, management and investments.
Utilizing his contacts in the sector, he is able to draw upon a vast network of brokers and agents to ensure your property is filled, managed with quality tenants and maintained to the highest possible standard.
